CAMP CHECK-IN // FRIDAY:
From Shocco Springs Road, follow signs to Bagley Center
4:00 PM General Camp check-in (Administrative Building) You'll receive a welcome bag with t-shirts, photo arm bands, Camp booklet, lanyards/name tags, room key/room number. Rooms will be available for check-in at 4:00 PM.
4:00 PM Family Time at Aqua Park
6:00 PM Supper and Connections Party
CHECK-OUT // SUNDAY:
Check-out must be completed by 9:00 AM on Sunday. This means that your room key needs to be turned in to Bagley before classes start on Sunday morning.
Camp officially ends after lunch on Sunday.
ROOM INFORMATION:
When you register for Camp, you are assigned a room at Shocco.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Please note that if you arrive early, rooms will not be available until 4:00 PM.
Bath towels and sheets are provided in each room.
Please plan to bring pillows, extra blankets, and toiletries for your stay.
Rooms do not include refrigerators. Please bring a cooler if you need to keep something cold.

WHAT TO BRING and REMINDERS:
General dress code: comfortable shoes, comfortable shorts or pants, one-piece swimsuits.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, families will be outdoors for food and fun. Please bring outdoor chairs or picnic blankets.
We have a Camp Medic/Nurse available to help with any first aid needs. However, you may want to bring a band-aid or pain reliever for minor bumps and bruises.
A light jacket might be needed if meeting rooms are cold, and rain gear could come in handy!
Don’t forget swim clothes, pool towels, sunscreen, and bug spray for lake/pool time.
Although we do our best to provide transportation with golf carts and people movers, there can be a lot of walking at Shocco. Wear comfortable shoes!
2024 CAMP APP DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
We created this app to help you easily access all of the camp information you will need throughout the weekend, such as schedules, room locations, announcements, and more. Please follow the instructions below to download this app to your phone.
Note: It is important that you enable notifications for this app to ensure that you will be notified each time we share an announcement. The camp announcements are the only notifications you will receive from the app.
Scan the QR code below with your phone or use this link to begin the download process: https://my.yapp.us/COC24. (Should you need the ID code, it is “COC24”.)
Your web browser will open, and you will see a download button. Click download.
This will take you to the app store page for the YAPP app. Download the YAPP app to your phone.
Once downloaded, open the YAPP app.
A prompt will pop up and ask if you would like to enable notifications. Click Allow.
You will then see the YAPP welcome screen.
Click Add an Existing Yapp.
Once you do that, the Camp of Champions app should automatically populate.
Click the Camp logo to see the app.
You’re all set and ready to use the app!

CHILD SPECIFIC NOTES:
Cribs are not provided in lodging rooms. Please bring a port-a-crib for your room if you have an infant.
Mats will be provided for nap time on Saturday for children ages 18 months to early 3's.
Clearly label all infant and toddler items like sippy cups, pacifiers, and blankets.
Class assignments for babies – five year olds (age at time of Camp) and grade going into for first grade - 12th grade for 2025-2026.
Preschool groups will be broken up into small classrooms where they will enjoy Bible stories, crafts, games, and more. Please bring diapers, if needed, or a change of clothes to class in case of accidents.
Also grades 1–5 will select an animal track group from these seven pairings for their Saturday clinic times:
MONKEY (soccer, cheer/gymnastics, and cooking)
ELEPHANT (football, crafts, and baseball/softball)
ZEBRA (cheer/gymnastics, baseball/softball, and crafts)
PANDA (cooking, basketball, and cheer/gymnastics)
GIRAFFE (crafts, soccer, and basketball)
TIGER (baseball/softball, football, and soccer)
LION (basketball, cooking, and football)
Parents will make selections during the registration process.
Students in grades 6–8 will participate in Bible study, outdoor recreation, bazooka ball, and other activities.
High School students will participate in worship times, Bible Study, outdoor recreation, paintball, ropes course, and other activities.
