EMPLOYEE & VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN: FRIDAY, JUNE 5

• 9:00 AM: Employees and volunteers check-in at Bagley lobby. You'll receive a welcome bag with two t-shirts to wear at Camp, lanyard/name tag, Camp booklet, your room key and room number. As a reminder, your room will not be ready to occupy until 4:00pm.

• 9:30 AM: Orientation meeting for all employees and volunteers in Bagley Room 300. This is a very important meeting for all employees and volunteers. (except Mobile and Dothan, which will have orientation at a separate time)

• 10:00 AM: Teachers to individual classroom areas to set up and finalize plans. All other volunteers remain in Bagley 300 for instructions.

• 11:00 AM: General Camp check-in begins in Bagley lobby (Optional lunch for employees/volunteers)

• 12:00 PM: Optional Lunch and Camp begins!
